Shipping, exchanges and returns policy

Shipping Policy:

The shipping process is completed once proof of payment is received.
Shipments within the GAM can be made through Uber Flash by securing it with a PIN so that it arrives within the next 24 hours. We cover an amount of 3,500 CRC (Costa Rican colones) for this shipment, and if the amount is exceeded, the customer pays the difference.

We can also ship via Correos de Costa Rica within and outside the GAM. Shipping can take 1 to 3 business days within the GAM and 2 to 5 business days in rural areas.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Return and exchange policy:

We only exchange non-prescription optical frames and sunglasses. Exchanges for the same or a different model are possible if the product is defective from the factory or because the frame dimensions prevent it from being used. No refunds are available.

To process the changes you must meet the following requirements:

Once your order has been delivered, you have three calendar days to notify us of any manufacturing errors or to notify us if you'd like to exchange them. If this time has passed, we cannot exchange your order.

You must contact us on WhatsApp or via direct message on Instagram, letting us know that you want to exchange your order and which product you want to exchange it for.

If necessary, you will be responsible for shipping the exchange to our offices and for returning the new product or the same product.

All sunglasses and optical frames must not show any signs of use. All returned products must be in the same condition as when received, as they will undergo a detailed inspection before their return is approved. If these conditions are not met, the exchange will be automatically denied.
