Care guide for your frames and lenses
Care for the earrings:
Regular cleaning:
Use our LEBLANC flannel to clean your earrings regularly and remove accumulated dust and dirt.
For deeper cleaning, use a cloth slightly dampened with cleaning spray or warm water and a little alcohol- or acid-free soap. Dry thoroughly with a dry cloth once you're done cleaning.
Storage:
Store your LEBLANC in the case when not in use to protect them from scratches and damage.
Avoid leaving them exposed to high temperatures or humid places.
Adjustments and maintenance:
Visit our optician for regular adjustments of the frames and nose pads to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
Lens Care:
Regular cleaning:
Use LEBLANC cleaning spray or warm, acid- and alcohol-free soapy water to clean your lenses regularly.
Dry the lenses with the cloth in gentle, circular motions to avoid scratches.
Avoid damage:
Never clean your lenses with kitchen paper, napkins, or clothing, as these can scratch the surface.
Avoid direct contact of your lenses with chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, and solvents, as these can damage the lens coating.
Storage:
Store your LEBLANC in the case when not in use to protect the lenses from scratches and damage.
Avoid leaving them exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures.
Lens replacement:
Consider replacing your ophthalmic lenses as recommended by your optometrist to maintain optimal, comfortable vision.
Additional Tips:
- Wash the flannel regularly with warm, soapy water. A dirty flannel means dirty glasses.
- Remove earrings by pinching the bridge of your nose and pulling forward and upward, never by the temples, as this could loosen the temples.
- Schedule annual checkups at our optometry office to maintain your vision health and check the condition of your glasses.
